My new adventure

Last Sunday we took a bus to Tveria (Tiberias in English). Starting high above the Kineret lake we walked down to the lake. Didn’t get to the lake. Instead we walked along the Jordan river, dipped in the water, then went up to Yavneel, a small town with mostly religious families of Breslov hassidim.

  2. Hi, I’m Lipa Roitman PhD, Esq., provider a fine music for the Illuminati, illiterati and the proletariat, a world-class child prodigy violinist in the distant past. Also a master of the keyboard, practical kabbalah and synesthesia, mad scientist chemist, algorithmic system developer, a code debugger, a crystal grower, a sharp shooter, walked twice along the Mobius strip, a health addict, an entrepreneur, a tall tales teller, a tinkerer, a musical alchemist and as of lately trying to hack my way into poetry. I prefer to think of myself as a creative explorer and experimenter, trying to inject some novelty into sclerotic calcified classical music and the current one-scale-fit-all pop tunes.
However, with all my different past interests, my main interests today are three:
    1. Music for my brain
    2. Physical fitness to keep my brain operating properly
    3. Nutrition to support my physical and mental health.

To keep me busy I’ll be posting here updates on my life. I’m 74 years old, and just starting a new adventure logging my life.
