After a long interruption due to happy family reasons, I’m returning to regular life, including managing this site. I’m trying now to organize all my research data on health and aging in the form of NotebookLM. That will allow me to query the collected data using AI. It is like using chatGPT. The difference is, I’ll be getting answers based on data that I personally collected from PubMed and scientific studies, rather than from unknown sources on the web.

I’ll will be also getting into controversial areas, asking to prove or disprove different approaches, such as different diets etc.
